Return Process

Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item received.

Review and Approval
Our quality assurance team will review your photos to verify the issue and provide a return authorization or immediate replacement approval.

Package Your Item
If a physical return is required, securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent any further damage during transit.
4.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either ship out a brand new replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
